Ordering Publications & Toktoks

The NARI Information Policy seeks to ensure that through its Publications Unit at Head Quarters, all research findings, new technologies and information are made available to the wider community, extension personnel, development agencies and farmers in forms that are appropriate for each target audience.

NARI publishes affordable books and extension materials, some of which are distributed free of charge. We aim to provide information based on sound scientific and socio-economic research to support sustainable livelihoods and develop agriculture in Papua New Guinea. There is emphasis on having an extensive publications program, publishing not just for the scientific and technical community, but also complementing training and outreach activities with farmers, community groups and other stakeholders and partners. Some publications have been translated into the Pidgin language (Tok Pisin) and targeted for the grassroots level.
