6. Vegetative Propagation of Noni (Mrinda citrifolia L)
The project aim is to develop commercially viable propagation methods of cutting for commercial noni development. The project is also compiling information on Tropical Fruit Tree Vegetative Propagation. The activities in this project are to standardise media for Noni Leaf node and stem cutting propagations; to determinesuitable branch position and stem length for noni stem cutting propagation and to identify suitable branch position and node type for noni leaf node propagation.
